How To Order

1- Please read the following information (before placing your order) regarding store policies and shipping rates.

2- Click on any secure order form link. Enter the items you wish to order along with your payment & address information.

You will receive confirmation of your order within 24 hours. We can hold reserved orders for up to 7 days.


Payment

We accept the following credit cards:   Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover

We also accept PayPal, money orders (U.S. only) and well hidden cash (if sending cash we recommend you do so by registered letter so we will have to sign for it). No personal checks or international money orders are accepted.

If you are paying by PayPal, money order or cash you will receive payment instructions when we confirm your order.
Please note that we do not charge any additional fees for using PayPal.



Shipping Rates  Effective May 12, 2007

By default all items are shipped with jewel cases.
We do offer shipping & handling discounts for items shipped without cases (you must check this option when you place your order).



United States

Standard Shipping (5-9 day delivery) -   $3.50 first item,  50 cents each additional item

Priority Mail Shipping (2-3 day delivery) -  $5.50  first item,  75 cents each additional item

No cases:    30% discount (up to 8 items),   40% discount (over 8 items)

1st Class Mail Intl.   $5.00 first item,  $1.00 each additional item

Items shipped without cases are carefully wrapped in tissue paper (covers/j-cards placed in clear plastic sleeves) and bubble wrap before being packaged in padded mailers.


Extra charges apply for insurance, Registered Mail or Express Mail shipping. Please contact us for rates.


At this time we do not accept any orders from the following countries:

Indonesia, Malaysia, Iran, Syria, Nigeria, Niger, Kenya, Congo, Uganda, Rwanda, Chad, Somalia, Lybia, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen, Algeria, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Haiti, Cuba, Myanmar, North Korea, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam.


Policy Regarding Customs & Foreign Postal Services (Please Read):


Every order we ship is double checked by our staff before it is packed. Shipping rates also include a certificate of mailing from our post office as written proof of shipment for all international orders. Once a package leaves our store for an international destination we can no longer be held responsible if it is lost or held up in customs or by a foreign postal service. If customs opens your package and charges you duty, confiscates merchandise, or anything else of that nature we cannot be held accountable. Please contact your local post office or customs office if you experience a delay in shipment.

Please note that it is our policy not to under declare the value of international shipments.




Other Store Policies


Wishing Well Entertainment is not responsible for orders lost or stolen during shipping. We use the US Postal Service for all of our shipping, and we feel that it is the most secure and reliable carrier available. We obtain written documentation from the carrier as confirmation of all orders shipped.

It is our policy to hold orders of $100.00 or more for 48 hours before shipping. This is to help protect against fraudulent orders. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.

We do not accept personal checks.

Placing an order with us confirms that you agree to the terms and conditions set forth by our shipping rate information and store policies. Please contact us before placing an order if you have any questions regarding our  shipping rate information and/or store policies.

Any fraudulent or intentional misuse of credit card information will be immediately reported to the appropriate authorities.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.


Returns

We will accept returns only for defective merchandise. Please be 100% sure of your order! We cannot accept a return because you did not like an item, changed your mind about an item, or ordered an item that you already had. We will exchange defective items only for another copy of the same item. If a replacement copy is not available, we will issue a refund, or credit your charge card (depending on how you paid for your order). We will not exchange an item for a different title. Please contact us before sending back a return. At that time, you will be issued a return authorization number. Please include this number with any correspondence. Failure to secure a return authorization number number will delay processing of your return. Returns are not accepted if we are not contacted (regarding the defect) within 14 days of the invoice date.
