We add delivery confirmation (included in S&H charge) to all U.S. shipments. Packages can be tracked online at www.usps.com.

Please not that the maximum hold time for reserved orders is 7 days. Any items not paid for within that time will be returned to stock. Please note that we will not contact you if your unpaid items are returned to stock. It is the customer's responsibility to remit payment within the 7 day time frame, or contact us before the final hold date to make other arrangements.

 Items shipped without cases are carefully wrapped in tissue paper (covers/j-cards placed in clear plastic sleeves) and bubble wrap before being packaged in padded mailers. All overseas packages include a USPS generated customs number.

We do offer Priority Mail and Express Mail shipping to international customers at an additional charge.

At this time we do not accept any orders from the following countries:

Policies Regarding Customs & Foreign Postal Services (Please Read):

Every order we ship is double checked by our staff before it is packed. Shipping rates also include a certificate of mailing from our post office as written proof of shipment for all international orders. Once a package leaves our store for an international destination we can no longer be held responsible if it is lost or held up in customs or by a foreign postal service. If customs opens your package and charges you duty, confiscates merchandise, or anything else of that nature we cannot be held accountable. Please contact your local post office or customs office if you experience a delay in shipment.

Please note that it is our policy not to under declare the value of international shipments.

Placing and order with us is very easy! Simply add items to your shopping cart as you browse though our shop.
When you are ready to check out enter your billing and shipping information.
If you have a coupon or discount code please click "recalculate" after you enter it (so the discount will show up in your order).
Please be sure to double check your information to avoid delays in the processing of your order.

Wishing Well accepts PayPal

We also accept payments through PayPal. If you are paying by PayPal, you will receive an invoice by e-mail with the order information and a link to pay using your PayPal account. Please do not pay using PayPal until we send you an invoice.

We do not charge you any additional fees for using PayPal.

We also accept money orders (U.S. only). No personal checks, bank drafts or international money orders are accepted.
If you are paying by money order you will receive order confirmation and payment instructions by e-mail (usually within 24-36 hours).

We DO NOT recommend paying by cash.

Arizona residents will be charged sales tax of 9.05% on all orders.
 


Store Policies

Reserved Orders -
We allow you to reserve items unpaid for up to 7 days. Any reserved items not paid for after 7 days will be returned to stock. If you place a reserve order (and do not pay within the 7 day window), the next time you place an order the reserve time will be reduced to 5 days. If you do not pay within the 5 day window, we will no longer reserve items for you.


R
eturns -
We will accept returns for defective merchandise only. Please be 100% sure of your order! We cannot accept a return because you did not like an item, changed your mind about an item, or ordered an item that you already had. We will exchange defective items only for another copy of the same item. If a replacement copy is not available, we will issue a refund, or credit your charge card (depending on how you paid for your order). We will not exchange an item for a different title. Please contact us before sending back a return. At that time, you will be issued a return authorization number. Please include this number with any correspondence. Failure to secure a return authorization number number will delay processing of your return. Returns are not accepted if we are not contacted (regarding the defect) within 14 days of the invoice date.


Other Policies -
Wishing Well Entertainment is not responsible for orders lost or stolen during shipping. We use the US Postal Service for all of our shipping, and we feel that it is the most secure and reliable carrier available. We obtain written documentation from the carrier as confirmation of all orders shipped.

It is our policy to hold orders of $100.00 or more for 48 hours before shipping. This is to help protect against fraudulent orders. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.

Placing an order with us confirms that you agree to the terms and conditions set forth by our shipping rate information and store policies. Please
contact us before placing an order if you have any questions regarding our  shipping rate information and/or store policies.

Any fraudulent or intentional misuse of credit card information will be immediately reported to the appropriate authorities.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
